Himaya is made up of two houses which are stones throw apart; the main house and the guest house. The master bedroom is in the main house with stunning sea views and a huge bathroom that also looks out to sea. The guest wing has three further bedrooms, all ensuite, which look across the pool to the sea and a further ensuite garden room. Himaya comfortably sleeps 10 adults and 2 children across these 5 bedrooms.

The house has its own private access to the beach, through a stunning Lamu door, and there are also showers by the entrance.

  • Sleeps 6 adults (Up to 10 adults - $35 per extra person)

  • 3 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, 2 en-suite bedrooms with fans

  • The house is spacious and cool with either a north or south monsoon blowing most of the year.

  • The main house has a large living area plus veranda.

  • All rooms have a spectacular view. Two of the bedrooms are in a separate unit with steps down to the swimming pool.

  • Malindi Airport is 15 minutes away with 3 airlines flying in from Nairobi daily. Mombasa Airport, a 2 hour+ drive, has multiple flights throughout the day from and to Nairobi.
